CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens! However, due to limited availability and advanced scheduling, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total (minimum $20 fee).

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
